Yes i definatley would use europe mountains again, i think the hotel i chose was a bit ambitious for the price i paid. Europe Mountains were excellent as always, i think my budget for next years snowboard trip will have to be go more expensive for a higher rate hotel. Thanks Chris

We are rather glad with staying at Altachhof Apartament, however if we knew that apartament is so far from the centre and almost on the top of mountain(on the web site was said 800 m from the centre) we wouldn't rent it. It was not possible to walk by foot to the ski bus or go for a walk with children because the road was very narrow and steep without any pavement.
Moreover in our opinion such a apartament can't be called "luxury" as it was in description on the web site. The apartament was good but the price was a bit too high compare to prevoius apartament which we visited in Austria.

I have to admit that when I realised the company were Polish I had big reservations about handing a large sum of money over but decided that the very proffesional web site and prompt replys to e-mails etc that I would use them. I can now confirm that the whole process went without any hitches and I would have no problem using them again.

Europe-Mountains Reservation Centre was so easy to book. I came accross website by accident and could see there was some lovely hotels at reasonable rates. I would reserve again with Europe Mountains because it was hassle free and what you see is what you get.. which is very important. I would recommend Europe Mountains highly. Also I change my booking from 3 to 4 people and had to get an extra room - this was changed for me promptly after one quick call.

Good company. I suggest that you could be more selective in choosing the hotels you work with, that mainly refers to the managers/staff of the hotels. They should be customer-oriented which was positive in Austria, Mayerhoffen.

Overall I was the service was ok. There was significant confusion surrounding our booking as I had booked two apartments in my own name at the same time. One wasn't available, then it was, then it wasn't which created a lot of confusion. I eventually had to speak with your representatives to resolve the problems. However, when I did speak with your staff they were very helpful and we got the situation resolved. The alternate accommodation we were given for the second apartment was nowhere near as good as this one.

Yes, because of location. Maybe there shud be a choice of full board and half board. Breakfast very good, Dinners very bad, :( However the dinners were my only complaint. Oh actually, maybe sauna shud be openen earlier, as people who do not ski for the full week, may take a day out to pamper, sauna would be nice;) All in all i did enjoy my stay;)

Possibly could use your services again. Suggest to add more pictures of the hotels and appartments, especially about the ones which don't have their own homepages. In my case the hotel in reality looked much better than it was advertised. There was one misleading thing though - it was advertised for 8 people, but only 6+ a child could stay as there were 3 bed rooms and one sitting room with kitchen, I doubt that 2 persons could sleep on the sofa in the kitchen.

There was a problem with the reservation. There were two of us, one 13 yrs old, so we needed two beds. It seemed that this did not show up on the reservation received by the hotel and we were given a room with one bed. They were helpful and sorted it out by giving us effectively a camp bed (busy time of year and no other rooms available), but
it would have been better of the problem had not arisen.
