Except of reception stuff, no-one else speaks English. TV offers 1 English channel - CNN news. Food is tasty and very good quality. Unpleasant surprise on our arrival - skipass does not awaits for us at the reception desk. We were sent to the nearest station to collect them. Where it took few further calls to solve the problem.
