The cosy apartment "Auth" is situated on the ground floor of an apartment house. Its comfortable furnishing with 2 bedrooms and nice living room make this apartment a very special place to live. Furnishing: Apartment "Auth" offers 50 m2 of space for four people: 2 bedrooms - one with kingsize bed, the other one with bunk bed; living room with well equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa (suitable as sleeping accommodation for another child, if required); 1 bathroom with shower; separated WC; Furthermore there's a garden (approx. 25 m2) with small summer hut for your ski equipment. Parking for one car in front of the house; Pets are not allowed! !!!NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!!!

Arrival information:
From Germany via Salzburg to exit knot Ennstal / Graz on the motorway (A 10), then 18 km main road (B 320) to Schladming; From Vienna in the direction of Linz to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Vienna on the motorway to Semmering, then freeway and motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; Coming from Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the junction Ennstal / Graz, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Graz to Liezen on the motorway, national road B 320 to Schladming;
Exit in the middle of Schladming, at the first intersection Ramsau / Schladming turn right towards Schladming center and go straight until the first roundabout, here turn left into the Erzherzog-Johann-Straße. Drive straight ahead and after approx. 500 m turn left into the Schiefersteinweg (3rd intersection on the left side). Follow the road and at the end turn right into the Katzenburgweg. The apartment Auth is located at the end of Katzenburgweg, before the crossroads on the left side.

The cosy apartment "Auth" is located on the ground floor of an apartment house, in a quiet position close to the centre of Schladming and about 5 to 7 minutes walking to the Planai cable car station. Furthermore the indoor- and outdoor swimming pool of Schladming is reachable in max. 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment offers a cozy eat-in kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with double bed and one with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. In front of the house you will find a small but nice garden with a small garden house for storing skis and bikes. The comfortable equipment makes this apartment to a special place to live.
