Ursula was both friendly and accommodating. She arranges a bakery to bring bread to the hotel and there were Mozart balls on the bed. The hotel was fantastic and a great location near the slopes. There is a sauna, dartboard, Football table, and a ping pong table in the basement. There is both a grocery store and a pizza place a short walk from the hotel and the ski bus which is free with a lift ticket goes from the front door to several different areas. We walked to Flachau the first two days and took the ski bus to Flachau Winkle as well as Zauchensee and Kleinarl the following days. Flachau was not beginner friendly, Flachau Winkle was by far the more fun location for both the experts and the newbies in our group. Additionally we spent a rainy day at Therme Amada which was by far the highlight of the trip, a must go if your in the area. The saunas and pools as well as water rides were a great break from a long ski trip.
