The Bergblick guesthouse is located on a slight hill from which you can see Kaprun and the surrounding area. The ski bus is next to the facility. The centre can be reached in about 10 minutes and returning from the centre to the guesthouse takes less than 15 minutes.

The guesthouse has a total of 10 rooms. The first floor of the house was renovated in 2012. On the second floor there are older rooms with scenic views over Kaprun. Some of them have balconies and all have a private bathroom, TV and Internet access.

The guesthouse serves a buffet breakfast consisting of local products. It offers guests a large car park and a ski room.

The hotel was very nice and we were pleased with our choice. The breakfast was very rich and the hotel was quiet, as te owner was quite strict about it. The downsides were basically the fact that the owner did not speak english (only her son did, and he wasn't always at home) and the hotel was up on the hill, so we had quite a lot to climb in the afternoon when we came tired from the glacier. There was a bus stop just in front of the hotel, but we didn't figure out whether it was for the glacier or not, so we used the one down the hill, which was rather close as well. All in all, we do recommend this hotel.
