Being located in the newest part of the resort, this residence is in the immediate vicinity of the ski lifts and slopes. It consists of 4 buildings, separated into two parts but is interlinked by a lift. The buildings have traditional wooden facades and cheerful atmosphere. 3 types of accommodation are offered - 4-person studios, 2-room apartments for 4/5 people, and 3-room apartments for 6/7 people. All of them include a telephone (extra charge), TV, bathroom, toilet, vacuum cleaner, fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The apartments are spacious and bright, exuding a homey ambience.
