The Starchenthof Apartments are located on the outskirts of Oberau, which lies at the centre of the Wildschonau valley. Together with the nearby Alpbach, it forms Ski Juwel, one of the largest ski areas in Tyrol. Ski lifts for beginners are close to the house and the distance to the large ski stations of Markbachjoch and Schatzberg is respectively 3 and 5 km.
The facility has six apartments that vary in size, from studio apartments to holiday apartments with two bedrooms. Each apartment is fully equipped with good quality furniture.
