One of the biggest residences in Cervinia, two chalets sloping down the hillside. Seven storeys buildings with elevators and covered parking. 76 traditional and well equipped apartments, all of them with south exposition.

Excellent location right on the slopes, you can easly get on the medium slope with your skiis on.

At guest's disposal small welness center with sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Laundry and Internet at guests disposal. The guests can enjoy the evening entertaiment with shows and cabaret. Residence offers also following facilities: ski and boot storage room, free covered parking, commom rooms with tables for games.

Położenie obiektu jest doskonałe. Jedyny mankament to BRAK WI-FI w apartamencie. W dobie powszechnej dostępności do Internetu, takie wyposażenie powinno być !!! Trochę uciążliwe było wnoszenie pyłu betonowego do pomieszczeń z parkingu. Jednak po mimo tych drobnych uwag, chętnie tam wrócę :)

The location is not really ski in/ski out as advertised on the website. You have to walk from the ski storage room out of the garage area and then along the road (partially covered by ice) to the nearest ski slope, about 100 metres. Some of the kitchen cupboards were not maintained properly, due to the abuse of previous occupants (smashed up) I guess. The bunk bed room was too small for 2 teenagers and with no storage. It would really make a big difference if there were a few shelves and coat hooks fitted in this room, so that kids can keep their clothing off the floor. Otherwise, we were very happy overall, and the staff were all amazing! The games room was also popular with fast wifi and games.

Simple apart hotel, situated close to the slopes, but rather long from the central parts of Cervinia with all the restaurants. Good staff at the hotel.
