Open in 1998, this new and comfortable building includes 22 fully furnished, well-decorated apartments. Most of them have balconies and beautiful views of the South Tyrol Mountains. There are also a reception, elevator and ski equipment room. Aside from free parking, guests are also given coupons for dining in Pontedilegno restaurant.

Residence al Maniero is situated in a sunny and quiet location, about 800m from the center of Ponte di Legno. The ski slopes are located 1km away and the ski bus stop is right by the house, about 30m away. The distance to ski slopes in Passo Tonale is about 10km. Using your ski pass, you can get there easily by free ski buses. Another quick access to Passo Tonale, meaning in just a few minutes, is via a modern recently built cable car system joining Ponte di Legno (1257m) to Passo Tonale (1884m).

It was a very good vacation. Cool place for skiing. We were only missing an electric kettle.

1. We had information, that kitchen is fully equpimed. It was not true, we didn't have washmachine and oven. We had very poor quality frying pan and only two pots- it's not enough

Problem is that the heating system does not function properly, it is extremely difficult to have a constant temperature in the 2 storey appartment (downstairs its is cold, upstairs very hot). No dishwashing liquid, no sponge, no spare toilet paper. Small things, but these are not taken care of, which spoils the impression.
