Residence Marilleva 1400 is located in the central area of Marilleva 1400, at an altitude of 1400 metres above sea level and about 8 km from the town of Mezzana, in Val di Sole.
The Residence is divided into several sectors and offers different types of apartments, ranging from small units for 2 people to larger apartments accommodating up to 6–7 guests.
All essential services are available on-site, including an information office, ATM, two minimarkets, bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a clothing store, ski rentals, and a ski school.
Thanks to its strategic location, the Residence is the ideal starting point to enjoy the greenery during the summer months and to explore nearby trails leading to destinations such as the Mezzana lakes or Lake Fazzon. A playground for children is also located nearby.
In winter, the Residence is perfectly positioned at the arrival point of the ski slopes and at the departure point of the lifts that connect directly to the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Ski Area, which boasts around 150 km of slopes and 60 ski lifts.
