Two major complaints from our side: 1) We were moved into a room directly above Marko's pub. While we enjoyed the ambiance at Marko's pub, there is a club beneath the pub that starts pumping music at around midnight, every night of the week. We were there for a full week and struggled to get a single nights solid rest. We were not informed of this at all and that was a great dissapointment. 2) The women at reception had a horrible attitude towards helping us. We experienced a shortage of warm water on 2 occassions (a neccessity in the middle of winter) and when we raised the problem with her, she was incredibly rude and dismissive to our concerns. I believe she may have even insulted our intelligence by asking whether we were sure we'd opened the hot tap and not the cold one. However, other than these 2 problems, the room was awesome. Location brilliant. The owner (an elder italian man) incredibly friendly and helpfull. We loved livigno but would not stay with this hotel again.
