Residence Artuik is located in the central area of Marilleva 1400, at an altitude of 1400 metres above sea level and about 8 km from the village of Mezzana, in Val di Sole.
The residence has seven floors and offers different types of apartments, ranging from small units for 2 people to larger apartments for 4–5 guests.
All essential services are located nearby, including an information office, ATM, two convenience stores, bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a medical clinic, a clothing store, and ski rentals.
Thanks to its strategic location, the Residence is an excellent base for enjoying nature during the summer season, with trails leading to destinations such as the Mezzana lakes or Lake Fazzon. A playground next to the Residence offers fun for even the youngest guests.
In winter, the Residence is just a few steps from the ski slopes and at the departure point of the ski lifts leading to the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Ski Area, which features about 150 km of slopes and 60 lifts. In addition, the Residence is located next to the Marilleva ski school and ski camp.
