In addition, the village center is only 350 meters from the hotel, where You can find some shops and attractions. For the bikers among you, you can reach the bikeway in only 1 minute. If, on the other hand, you are planning a trip to the cities nearby, you can simply hop on the bus at the "Salegg" bus stop 100 meters away. In our fully equipped apartments, You have every comfort You have at home, because almost every apartment has a warm fireplace that can enchant big and small with its magical atmosphere. You can relax with the romantic forest view of your holiday apartment or let the charm of the Alps work its magic on you in an apartment with a view of the valley. Each apartment also has a balcony with a unique view where smokers can enjoy their evening cigarette, as we are a non-smoking house.
Our apartments were built to be accessible for wheelchair users with an internal elevator from our garage to the third floor. Families with allergic persons can sleep well in the Alpin-Residence Amadeus*** because the flats haven´t carpets, down-filled pillows and eiderdown quilts; we use only hypoallergenic stuffs. For the little ones, the residence provides a playroom in case the weather is unfavorable. Our garage offers your vehicles a safe place for the night and in addition, our elevator moves from the garage to the respective floors, so you save yourself the lugging of your suitcases. Furthermore we work with 100% green hydropower electricity and all our apartments have drinking water.
If you are interested to have lunch or dinner outside, we are glad to inform you, we have organized a special arrangement for our guests (means that you will have discounts, starters, or desserts free) at many restaurants and pizzerias in Siusi. Furthermore, we have partnerships with a Ski rental & Depot, a Ski School and a 4stars Wellness Hotel nearby.
