Wellness center: The pearl of our structure, whose primary goal is relaxation: 1000 square meters of space dedicated to well-being, necessary after skiing or walking in our beloved mountain. Parents will have the opportunity to manage their children who are in the pool by guarding the adjacent door, just behind the reception. In this way, they will not have to lose sight of the pleasure of the Turkish bath or the Kneipp path. Both environments are located on the same surface and have separate access to distinguish them so that the SPA Zone is private and peaceful.
The Finnish Sauna: The Finnish Sauna looks like a dry environment with low humidity (never more than 20%). It is a medium-sized room, entirely made of wood and arranged with benches. The temperatures oscillate between 85° and 100°C and, unlike the Turkish bath, the sweating phase is much faster. You can only stay in the sauna for a few minutes, but you can do more cycles. If you have low blood pressure, we encourage you to exercise caution and possibly avoid this step.
Turkish bath: It is also called "Hammam" from Arabic which means heat. It comes from the Middle East and is a medium-sized room with a temperature of 40° to 60°, so not too hot. The heat builds up as you move from floor to ceiling, so the ideal would be to lie down on benches to keep your whole body at the same temperature. The humidity is 100%, which promotes the opening of pores and deep cleansing of the skin.
