We spent 7 nights at Hotel Montana in Fai della Paganela (Italy) and we are positively suprised about everything. The hotel is located 20 metres away from the bus stop, where you can get a ski bus for free. Hotel Montana is very cosy, it has its own bar with coffee, snacks and alcohol, and restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinners. I can highly recommend kitchen chef, who was listening carefully and then adjusting food to my needs (vegetarian options). What is more, meals were diversified so I never got the same meal twice. Every morning you get the menu list for dinner meals, so you can choose what to have for dinner. Our room was cleaned every day. Staff in the hotel is very very friendly, they greet you when they see you. Additionally, they speak different languages - German, French, English, Italian (of course). The hotel is adapted to families with children - there is a play room next to the reception. However, if you travel without children, don't forget your ear plugs! Aga
