Our group had been booked with EuropeMountains prior year, when we had a positive experience, no issues at all. However, this time our booking has been mistakenly switched up with another same size group arriving a week later - this is what we have learnt at the end. The voucher stated check in is at the Hotel, now the hotel has been closed until 20th (we were there the week before), and we were standing there nowhere to go, none to ask, calling your number learning none is working on the weekends. Now in these situations - mistakes happen - you should provide someone people can call, especially when you are aware check-in is on the weekend. Also to make sure voucher contains the proper check-in address, agency at the destination. We have spent nearly 4hrs trying to find a solution. trying to reach someone that can help. Also just to note, pool was mentioned to be included in the price - while it was empty, and I assume it is more part of the Hotel room and not the apartment booking.

I will gladly take advantage of the offer again and recommend it to my friends.

Jestem z wami już 3 lata i w następnym też skożystam z waszych ofert. W opisach pokoi brakuje czasem mapki położenia łazienki. Jest to istotne przy pokojach wieloosobowych. Dobrze by było wiedzieć czy do łazienki jest wejście z korytarza czy z pokoju.
